28-year-old presented with abnormal uterine bleeding.  An ultrasound revealed an intrauterine polyp.  Therefore, I performed the outpatient surgery of operative hysteroscopy with removal of a submucous fibroid.

The first picture is the uterine canal with the fibroid in the cavity.

The second picture is the opening to the left fallopian tube.

The third picture is the opening to the right fallopian tube.

The fourth picture is the fibroid being cut and removed using the TruClear hysteroscope.

The fifth picture is of the clear uterine canal after removal of the posterior submucosal fibroid.

Her abnormal bleeding has resolved, and she is doing well.
