I was born in Colombia and came to the United States in 1987. Since then, I trained at Bryman College to be a Medical Assistant, which I really love and enjoy doing now for over two decades. I’ve been married for 33 years to a wonderful husband and have two children. My oldest son graduated from University of California Davis and my youngest son is at University of California Santa Cruz. I joined Dr. Carol Somersille’s practice in 2005. It has been a great experience being a partner in women’s lives.
After receiving my Certified Medical Assistant degree (CMA) from Carrington College, I began working in the medical field. My work has great significance to me because I love helping people.
I received my bachelor’s degree in library science from Tehran University and started working at the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults. I later moved to the United States and settled in Northern California’s South Bay. I have a son who finished his bachelor’s degree in psychology and is planning to attend law school. He also coaches Basketball at the middle school and high school level. My husband and I enjoy dancing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with our friends and families.
